Book Hunt

Terms and Conditions

A hunt will not be considered "booked" until confirmed by OCH.
OCH's release form must be signed and returned to OCH no less than 10 days prior to the hunt start date.
A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made within three days after a confirmed booking. The final balance is due in full no later than 30 days prior to the client’s hunt start date.
Lodging and meals with all hunts are the clients responsibility. Clients are responsible for transportation to the originating location designated by the guide. The originating location is often Bend, Oregon, Boise, Idaho, or Winnemucca, Nevada.
Client is responsible for purchasing his or her hunting license, if applicable.
Unless alternative arrangements are made, OCH will provide all transportation during the guided hunt.
